S26 E4: Team Alvarez's next fighter talks to one of her teammates about how hard it is for her to focus on her upcoming matchup and not think about what lies ahead in the tournament. At practice, she seems very confident that her experience will prove to be too much for her opponent to handle. Later that night, another fighter talks to her roommates about her roots. In her home video, she shares her affinity towards nature and how it connects to her fighting philosophy. The following day, a fighter tells the heartbreaking story of her father's death and how that event propelled her into a difficult life of drugs and addiction. Through her home footage, she discusses how she overcame her hardships and turned her life around with the help of her new husband. At the Team Gaethje practice, Justin believes that his fighter's best shot at winning is to go the distance and make the bout a dogfight. Later, as both competitors make weight, one of the fighters feels her opponent is trying to intimidate her. The fight determines the 4th quarterfinalist of the tournament and the coaches pick the 5th preliminary fight.
