The Vigilante

S1 E9: Chano has to arrest an irate citizen who has been defending the neighborhood from muggers. After several muggings take place in the neighborhood, the police suddenly get assistance from a man who is beating up the muggers. Barney's boss, Lugar, and the District Attorney want to press charges against Mr. Escobar, the vigilante.
