S1 E5: Following Danielle's threat to leave Picken Real Estate, Alex extends an offer she can't refuse! With her senority at the company and insane knack for details, he gives her the chance to be the vice president--which shakes her male counterparts to their core. Michael, Jason and Hazm aren't ready to be bossed around by a girl, but Danielle's no sissy--and she's up to the task of whipping them into shape. Meanwhile, Michael is floundering even with a new exclusive, Jason has a potential buyer for one of Danielle's spaces but won't sign off on the paperwork and Hazm throws his own buyer for a loop just before the papers are signed on a rental.
