Trimming the Fat

S3 E6: Ruby is determined to get her weight below the 300s for the first time since she was a teen, but when her weight loss stalls, her trainers think she isn't doing enough to make significant strides in her program. Ruby's therapist Dr. Jane encourages Ruby to find five unhealthy things in her life she can give up for good and replace them with healthier alternatives. First, Ruby trades in her beloved diet soda for a juicer and uses the stairs instead of an elevator. She even gets rid of her old recliner, mixes up her workouts with more outdoor activities, and hangs mirrors all over her house so she can monitor her progress. Encouraged by her new life changes, Ruby shocks her trainers (and herself) when she climbs the stairs at a baseball stadium!
