S3 E6: Before Starscream can use his near unmatchable power, the Autobots succeed in freeing one of the Mini-Cons Starscream has absorbed, and the Mini-Con powers up Optimus instead. Optimus, with the aid of the Bee Team, is able to end Starscream's threat once and for all.
