The Promise

S1 E22: Tom Corbett promises Eddie he will get Mrs. Livingston's expired visa renewed, but at the immigration office Miss Ritter says "no." Eddie, as upset as Mrs. Livingston, reminds his father "a promise is a promise" and asks him to try again. When Tom realizes Miss Ritter misunderstands Mrs. Livingston's place in the household, he takes Eddie along to the interview.
