Fatal Approach

S13 E3: Moments after takeoff from Amsterdam, pilots of a KLM dual turboprop report an engine problem and head back to the airport. But seconds before touchdown, the plane banks sharply and crashes into a field next to the runway. Investigators face intense pressure to find out what happened, but answers are hard to come by.
