Basil's Band; The Sprites Rule

S1 E10: Basil's Band: Basil discovers something about making promises - and keeping them - when he joins a band and forgets about all his friends. The Sprites' Rules: Basil and the others decide to make up some rules to keep the Grove working smoothly. But when their rules get a little too wacky, it takes Johnny to explain that "rules are made for a reason"!
