Urban Ed / Stop, Look and Ed

S2 E8: "Urban Ed" Eddy thinks the pace of life in the cul-de-sac is too slow. He schemes to turn the neighborhood into a bustling city-scape. Ed, Edd, and Eddy start 'accelerating' the kids' pace of life. "Stop, Look, and Ed" Everywhere the Eds look, there's a sign saying they can't do something. Eddy convinces Ed and Edd that all these rules don't apply to them. When they neighborhood kids see the Eds breaking rules, they follow them. Chaos reigns as everyone does the things they always wanted to do.
