Weekend Weary

S2 E17: Charles has to forgo a weekend trip to the beach when the doctor in the college infirmary reports he is suffering from academic exhaustion and must have total relaxation. The Powells are planning a yard sale, and Ellen gives the family strict orders to let Charles rest. Charles has a hard time watching the family work and eventually carries a few boxes outside. When it begins to rain, Charles helps the family to carry everything back into the house. The yard sale is moved to the next day, and only James will be able to monitor the sale. Charles assures Ellen and Walter he will keep a watchful eye on the situation.
