Wisconsin Fiddlehead Fern

S2 E3: In this episode, Family Ingredients is in the Midwest in search of a fern called Fiddlehead. Host and Hawai’i chef Ed Kenney is paired up with Kaua’i, Hawaiʻi farmer, Valerie Kaneshiro, who has both Japanese and Native American roots. Ed follows Valerie to Minneapolis where they meet up with a woman who is bringing back Native American fare.
