S8 E3: Jeff’s not getting any younger and his desire for a family of his own with Gage has only grown stronger. They turn to using an egg donor and surrogate to help them realize their dreams of having a baby. Sadly, as Jeff and Gage are excited about bringing a new life into the world, they also receive unfortunate news about one of their beloved furry family members.
