Worn Out in Woodstock

S11 E4: Tanya comes to the rescue of a first responder and widower, struggling to balance his responsibilities as a single parent with the realities of selling his house. Jason and his two daughters are looking to relocate and start somewhere new, but selling this dark and unkempt home has been a burden.
