Out of the blue, down on his luck and wise cracking filmmaker Charlie Nabis (Dan Coplan), is hired by Russian agent Boris Levashov (Chris Game), to find and film a reclusive billionaire, John T. Conover (Bond Villain Robert Davi). Conover made his fortune selling bottled "Wise Water." After his son commits suicide, he disappears from public view. 10 years later he is trying to make amends for some bad choices and ease his guilt. He decides to put all his company’s water rights into a public trust. However, his board wants to cash out and sell his company to a Russian conglomerate. The Russians play dirty!
