A Gringo Honeymoon

James is an American who has made a name for himself in the Mexican underground, completing organ smuggling jobs for the infamous Carlos. However, after completing a string of successful jobs, James finally wants out. He wants to run away with Rosalita, a prostitute with whom he has fallen in love with. Can James convince Rosalita to run away with him while also escaping Mexico and the bloody wrath of Carlos?
