DCP Hari Om Patnaik realises that his colleagues in the department are not very serious about curbing the crime rate in Mumbai, so he plans to take control of the situation. Hari systematically and strategically plans to break the pillars who have a big hand in the criminal activities going on in Mumbai. But in his endeavour to make Mumbai crime-free, his faith in law and order is put to test.
