Saxophonist Frank Paavo has been active on the jazz scene of Amsterdam and the Netherlands since the early 1980s. His music is inspired by the hard-bop sounds of the late 1950s and early 1960s, full of positive energy, rhythmic intensity, and good old-fashioned swing.
