It Lives Inside

After reading a book about demonic possession, a young father finds himself at the brink of losing everything after a landscaping incident puts his business on hold. With his leg injured and unable to work, he spirals into depression as tensions mount. His wife begins noticing dark personality changes in him causing strife within their relationship. Housebound and stir crazy, the father begins hearing voices and seeing strange shadows out of the corner of his eye. He becomes more disturbed when his toddler interacts with someone or something no one else can see. His wife refuses to believe him and becomes fed up with his increasingly erratic behavior. Awakening in his garden after a night of sleepwalking, the man discovers his family is gone. Inside the house he discovers all his wife and child’s belongings are undisturbed. The dark presence grows stronger and he finds himself uncontrollably taking on the personality and temperament of a demon.
