A 10 year old child travels to the country to meet his grandmother and to rebuild family ties. Little does he know that this will be the grandmother's last journey as she is ill and wants to die in Mount Roraima, the place where she once was happy. The Longest Distance is a film that talks to us about freedom, about bonding and about taking charge of one's life. This is the first film shot in in the majestic landscape of La Gran Sabana in Venezuela. The Longest Distance has been shown at over 80 Film Festivals worldwide.
