My Depression (The Up and Down and Up of It)

Writer/director/composer Elizabeth Swados' personal struggle with lifelong depression is revealed through animation and music in this documentary short. Based on Swados' picture book, the film chronicles her everyday ups and downs, as well as her efforts to keep her cloud at bay. Featuring the voices of Sigourney Weaver, Steve Buscemi, Dan Fogler and Fred Armisen.
