Our Modern Maidens

Joan Crawford, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., Anita Page and a cast of fabulous flappers take the screen by storm in Our Modern Maidens. Billie Brown (Crawford) and Gil Jordan (Fairbanks, Jr.) are due to be married as soon as Gil gets his pending diplomatic appointment. But to speed things up for Gil, Billie attempts to charm the influential Glenn Abbott (Rod La Rocque) -- except she never expects to fall in love with him, and doesn't realize that she is until too late. Meanwhile Gil is unfaithful to Billie with Kentucky Straffor (Anita Page) and gets her pregnant. When the truth is revealed on a dramatic wedding day, the quartet pair off in the way their true love defines.
