Scream of Fear
Posing as the paralyzed Penny Appleby, an old friend (Susan Strasberg) comes to the Appleby mansion to find out what has happened to Mr. Appleby. Though told that he is away on business, she is terrified by the mysterious appearances of his dead body in many parts of the house.
