Follow a year in the life of a young blind macaque monkey and its family. Few monkeys born blind survive infancy. Even born healthy, up to 40% of babies won't make it through their first year. This film tells a story of a devoted mother, her blind son and adolescent daughter as they struggle against all odds to survive. This is truly a unique story, and ironically, strikingly human.
