When Daniel Anderson (Alex Kendrick) visits a foster home to drop off donations for the children, he is roped into telling them a story. He tells them about the adventures of Billy Stone (Billy Unger) and Allie (Sammi Hanratty), two teen-age-friends, who uncover a long-lost-medallion and then accidentally wish themselves back in time and into a great adventure. Will the experience give them a new understanding of who they are and what their lives really mean? When Daniel finishes his story to the children he tells them of their tremendous value to God who loves them and created them. The story not only changes the children, it is bound to change all who see the movie.
