WWE superstar Hulk Hogan stars as Ray Chase, a klutzy, overgrown toy seller that lives with his son Jeremy. What Jeremy doesn't know, however, is that Ray is actually a secret agent who flies around the world completing highly classified missions. When Ray is kidnapped after stealing a high-powered laser gun, it is up to Jeremy to hatch a clever plan to save his father.
