Transcendental Layover

Brian the stand-up comedian is at the end of tether. His jokes are not working, so also his life. He has some success early in his career but has fallen on hard times. He has become an alcoholic drug addict who only cares about himself. He is losing his apartment, and his life is spiraling out of control.
