Yan Yuet is from Hong Kong but has been wandering for years. Yan Yuet’s elder sister, Yan Lok, flies to Malaysia to search for her, for their father, Hon Keung, has cancer, and also suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, she asks Yan Yuet to return home for dad. Yan Yuet refuses to forgive him since he has abandoned her when she was a child, but eventually is forced to go back to Tai O. When Hon Keung and Yan Yuet meet up, he misidentifies and treats Yan Yuet as his wife, Kwok Mui. Yan Yuet is puzzled why he is showing his heartfelt love to his wife whom he has left. In the days in Tai O, Yan yuet, Yan Lok and Hon Keung’s buddy accompany Hon Keung to engage in community centre activities, and encourage him to participate in a drum competition; Yan Yuet gradually knows the preciousness of the father-and-daughter relationship; finally Hon Keung confesses to her his reason of leaving home, and asks Yan Yuet to forgive him. Would Yan Yuet understand him and stay in Tai O? Would Hon Keung recovers from serious disease?
