Trash TV Part 1
Now with the latest murder on TV taking place at Community General, Dr. Sloan, Steve, Jesse and Amanda prepare to immediately solve this case and protect their integrity. While dining with Burley and getting network information, Dr. Sloan notices the distressed look on popular series star Gerry Graham's face after a conversation with GBS exec Garth Zand. The next day the trades report Graham's abrupt resignation from his hit series leaving the UBC network up in arms. Jesse informs Dr. Sloan that the most coveted prime time slot is up for grabs. Finally, the motivation for all the TV murders click into place for the amateur sleuth - someone wants the Thursday night slot bad enough to kill for it. Dr. Sloan shows his colleagues a chart listing the networks GBS, UBC, MBC and The Big Network's Thu program line-up. After crossing off all the shows that were taken off the air due to tragic events, they notice that only GBS' line up is still intact with huge ratings. (TV-PG)
