Heston’s 1970’s Feast
Heston goes 70's retro, plundering the technicolour wonderland of his boyhood culinary experiences. Inspired by the ice cream van of yesteryear he rustles up a mini version of the Tangle Twister using smoked salmon and avocado, a tri-coloured Zoom lolly, made using flavours from a Waldorf salad and a savoury Feast made from chicken liver pate, fig and red wine compote dipped in caramelised almonds and cocoa nibs.
