George Duke

George Duke worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Duke worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "American Bandstand's 33 1/3 Celebration" (ABC, 1985-86), "Leap of Faith" (1992) and "Soul Train" (1971-2000). He also contributed to "The Five Heartbeats" with Robert Townsend (1991), "The Heavenly Kid" with Lewis Smith (1985) and "The Karate Kid Part III" (1989). In the nineties, Duke devoted his time to various credits, such as "A Cool Like That Christmas" (Fox, 1993-94), "Count on Me" (PBS, 1993-94) and "Legend to Legend Night" (NBC, 1993-94). He also worked on "The Meteor Man" (1993) starring Robert Townsend. Duke had a number of different projects under his belt in the nineties and the early 2000s, including "The 1998 Soul Train Christmas Starfest" "The 4th Annual Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards" and the Jim Carrey and Morgan Freeman hit "Bruce Almighty" (2003)His credits also expanded to "Never Die Alone" with Earl "DMX" Simmons (2004). Duke most recently worked on the Samuel L. Jackson comedy "Soul Men" (2008).
