Using her fading powers, Aunt Clara gets the next day's newspaper and reads that Larry Tate has broken his leg. Although Larry and Louise are on a second honeymoon and made sure no one knows where they are, Darrin decides he must ward off the accident. Samantha's magic transports them to the Tate's hotel. The manager and the Tates almost go crazy as Samantha and Darrin constantly interpose themselves between Larry and any mishaps that might befall him. Darrin leaves to meet a client. Samantha guards Larry but has to stop at the door of the men's steam room. Larry at last feels alone but finds Darrin, alerted by Samantha under a towel next to him.

Gladys and Abner Kravitz give Tabitha a share of stock bought through Gladys' cousin, a broker. The stock rises rapidly. Darrin, unsure whether Tabitha inherits Samantha's witchcraft, feels the baby maybe responsible. He puts the stock page in front of her and calling Gladys' cousin, buys a share of stock on which the baby's finger rested. When that stock rises, the broker tells Gladys to try to get some tips from Darrin. Gladys and Abner go to the Stephens' home.

When Charley, a tiny alligator belonging to young Dewey Seldon dies, Gidget puts it into the Lawrence freezer in a casserole until the boy gets permission to preserve his pet. Meanwhile, Brian Mack, a magazine editor, sends reporter Jeff Tracy to interview Russ. The arrival of a representative from the Depart of Animal Regulation sets off a series of mad events. Davey, thinking the official has come for Charley, takes him out of the freezer. Gidget confuses the inspector with the reporter, who becomes completely befuddled when she tries to explain the situation. Then Anne takes a frozen casserole home for dinner. Gidget discovers Charley is missing and thinks Anne is cooking him for dinner. Tracy brings Mack to the Lawrence home to try to unravel the tangled story. Meanwhile, Anne and John have thrown away the casserole. While everyone is trying to find a replacement for Charley, Max arrives with a full grown alligator but leaves when Gidget tells him the beast is too short. The problem is solved when Davy comes in with Charley. After Tracy and Mack leave, Russ and Gidget hope for the best in the magazine article.

The Angels assume false identities in order to investigate a murder at a posh girls' school. During their probe, they discover that some of the girls are involved in drug and alcohol selling and abuse. Their ringleader, Donna, intimidates and coerces the girls to abide by her rules. She antagonize teachers Kelly and Sabrina and tries to intimidate classmate, Kris, When the Angels piece together the clues and suspects (including maintenance man, Victor) Donna reacts by setting a fire to distract from her getaway. The Angels escape the fire and confront Donna. Victor abducts Kelly and steals a jeep for her getaway. Giving chase on horseback, Kris shoots out a tire but Victor escapes on foot. Sabrina, also on horseback, tracks him down for the capture.

When Mr. Kripps drops dead from a heart attack after yelling at Barbarino, the sweathog turns himself in to the police for murder.
