Joe Roberts
Joe Roberts was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. At the start of his career, Roberts wrote screenplays for the Caren Kaye comedy "My Tutor" (1983), "Skedaddle" (1988-89) and "Cold Lazarus" (1996-97). He then acted in "Cider With Rosie" (1998-99), the Geoffrey Rush blockbuster dramedy "Shakespeare in Love" (1998) and "Madame Bovary" (PBS, 1999-2000). He also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Vigo - Passion for Life" (1999) with Romane Bohringer. More recently, Roberts acted in the Andie MacDowell comedic adaptation "Crush" (2002).
