Rima Das

Rima Das is an Indian filmmaker known for making indigenous and realistic stories that explore complicated relationships, finding purpose, coming of age and life amidst nature. Her film, Village Rockstars won several national and international awards. She donned multiple hats of Writer, Director, Producer, Cinematographer and Editor for the film which became India's official entry for the 90th Academy Awards in the Best Foreign Language Film category.
