The adventures of enthusiastic, good-natured Jimmy continue in Miseryville, the meanest, nastiest town around, where everything from the corporate-run abusement park to the local ma and pop inconvenience store are designed to inflict anguish and torment onto its inhabitants. Fun, of any kind, is absolutely forbidden. But Jimmy doesn't let all this doom and gloom get him down - instead he seizes every opportunity to stir things up a bit and breathe some much needed life into the place. Jimmy finds himself learning he can’t dance, taking the controls on Lucius’ brand new plane, and rebuilding his entire fortune after Beezy gives it all away!
