The cultural phenomenon that is Nip/Tuck continues in its fifth season, exploring how society views youth, beauty and aging. Sean (Dylan Walsh) and Christian (Julian McMahon), close friends and business partners, try to settle into their new plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills and struggle to build it from the ground up. New opportunities arise after they meet a slick Hollywood publicist who offers to help raise their reputation through the media rather than via their surgical abilities. And drama weaves new webs as romantic triangles bend and break.
