In 1987 a violent rapist haunts the Toronto area and soon his crimes escalate. Police, looking for two male suspects, are shocked to find the trail leads to a charming newlywed couple who rape, torture and kill young girls in their love nest.

In 1997, authorities from Reno to Sacramento are on the lookout for a man and woman who are kidnapping women and sexually assaulting them in their minivan. Fueled by methamphetamine and a pathological drive to satisfy their deviant urges, no one is safe.

A retired couple is viciously stabbed to death in their Virginia home, and police work diligently to investigate every lead possible. Soon they find themselves questioning the couple's daughter and her boyfriend.
