Dark and soapy WHAT/IF revolves around Lisa (Jane Levy), whose desperation to fund her medical startup leads her to make a deal with the duplicitous Anne (Renee Zellweger): Anne will give Lisa millions for her company in exchange for a night alone with Sean (Blake Jenner).
