Alejandra Maldonado and Rafael Méndez belong to different worlds and share an unconventional romance. A car accident brings them together. After that destined event, their lives won’t be the same. The misfortune, of great proportions, leaves a millionaire debt and to address it a contract is drawn that binds Alejandra and Rafael and puts their characters to the test. A love-hate relationship develops between a salesman of household items and the commercial manager of a car dealership. With time a spark grows between Alejandra and Rafael and everything changes like magic. Rafael is overwhelmed by the jealousy of his 'Pajarita' and finally breaks up with his girlfriend; Alejandra is heartbroken at the coldness of Luciano, her fiancé, who pays more attention to the scars left by the accident than to her wellbeing. She knows they have no future. The thirst for revenge puts the protagonists to the test; poverty, rage and jealousy will give an extraordinary twist to this story.
