Juden Chan
From a planet in a parallel universe, females known as Juden-chan patrol the Earth in search of individuals who feel depressed and unlucky. Their job is to improve their mental states. While normally invisible, one of these Juden-chan accidentally meets a man who is able to see her. We watch their antics and the quest for this Juden-chan to improve herself.
