After a morning on the Bayou, the Duck Camp Dinners crew enjoy a fresh cooked dinner while discussing the changing coastal wetlands of Louisiana. Jean-Paul gets to finally a hunt an area he had only heard about as a young man, and takes in the beauty of the live cypress trees this camp is known for.

After a late night of good times, venison chili, and some old school roux the crew heads out for another day of hunting ducks. Adaptability is critical, and after a couple of quick adjustments, the team finds themselves back in the ducks.

Whether you call them Pouldeau, American Coot, or Water Chickens, chances are you don't consider them a delicacy.
