Joselyn berates Gabriel for his lack of love and believes that he has another woman. Juan Cristobal meets Paulina in Italy. Mariangela travels to the city in search of Candelaria and meets Gabriel, who gets impressed with her beauty.

Joselyn tries to commit suicide in front of Gabriel and her family. Gabriel learns of Joselyn's mental state and that she could die if he leaves her. Aurora begins to lose memory and Mariangela worries about it.

Demian berates Gabriel that Regina still loves him. Mariangela is about to be abused but manages to flee from her attacker. A man burns Mariangela's house and Aurora's life is in danger.

Raquel is killed by Chacal. Clemente meets Mariangela and discovers that she is Aurora's daughter. Candelaria confesses Clemente that Mariangela is his daughter and Miriam listens.

Miriam tells Clemente that she will accept that Mariangela lives in their house, but as an employee and without anyone knowing that she is his daughter. Clemente apologizes to Aurora for not having fought for their love.

Rogelio is arrested for the murder of Raquel. Regina threatens Demian with killing him if he harms Gabriel. Juan Cristóbal asks Paulina to marry him.
