The Bike Buddies recreate a remote "controller" from a Steel Awesome movie and Toot tricks them into believing it works on her.

Loop gets a flat tire on his way to a show; Ricky and his friends try to make sure Loop can make it to the show.

Ricky is over eager when he and the buddies visit Hank and Helen to get their rescue badges. He learns that rescue is about teamwork.

Worried that he always messes things up, Loop is determined to be true to his word and not open a special package, even though it contains something very exciting indeed.

Ricky accidentally mistakes his dad's new rescue ramp as a toy from a breakfast cereal contest, and Hank mistakes Ricky's toy for his new rescue ramp.
