Karam feels threatened by his father's fanatic friend, Naji, who misuses religion to recruit people for his new outfit; Karam tries to help, but things get worse.

Karam travels back home to visit his mother and, upon arrival, receives bad news; Karam starts investigating, while his childhood friend, Sarah, fights with her own demons.
