Paul Henry greets 19 players from across New Zealand as they arrive at an isolated lodge to play the game of a lifetime in the hopes of winning $70,000. And it's not long before they are questioning everyone, as Paul secretly assigns three Traitors.

The ultimate reality game of detection, backstabbing and trust, suddenly becomes very real for the players as it's revealed who has been murdered in the night by the Traitors, leaving the Faithful reeling.

Gasps of shock echo as news of the second faithful to be murdered is discovered and Paul throws a garden party filled with challenges.

Suspicion is rife over the breakfast table. One lucky player gains a prize that could save their neck and the Faithful attempt to banish a Traitor

The Faithful mourn the loss of another player. Tensions rise between the group leading to an all-out argument with far-reaching consequences.
