Caroline Quentin visits Kinder Scout in the Peak District, and journeys to the Pembrokeshire Coast for a boat trip on the Ramsey Sound. She then visits the Yorkshire Dales, the Cairngorms and Dartmoor, and ends her journey in the Lake District.

Starting in Dartmoor, Caroline visits the impressive Buckfast Abbey. Next, she picks up a souvenir from Honister Slate Mine in the Lake District. And her journey continues through Bannau Brycheiniog, the Yorkshire Dales and the Pembrokeshire Coast.

Sampling some of the best plants, produce and pastimes that our National Parks have to offer, Caroline handles birds of prey in the Cairngorms, learns how Bakewell's famous pudding is made, and goes foraging in Bannau Brycheiniog.

Caroline begins her journey on the Brecon Mountain Railway. Then she goes on a four-by-four tour through the Rothiemurchus estate. She stops off on the Pembrokeshire Coast, before tackling three of the Lake District's highest peaks via helicopter.
