Margalo Gillmore

Margalo Gillmore was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Gillmore found her beginnings in film with roles in "Perfect Strangers" (1950) with Ginger Rogers, "The Happy Years" (1950) and "Behave Yourself" (1951). Gillmore began to focus on film after appearing in "Elopement" (1951), the Greer Garson comedy "The Law and the Lady" (1951) and "Skirts Ahoy!" (1952) with Esther Williams. She also appeared in the Greer Garson drama "Scandal at Scourie" (1953), "Woman's World" (1954) with Clifton Webb and "High Society" (1956). Later in her career, Gillmore acted in the comedy adaptation "The Trouble With Angels" (1966) with Rosalind Russell. Gillmore passed away in June 1986 at the age of 89.
