S1 E10: Mindy's younger brother pays her a visit and throws her into a panic when he announces that he's leaving college to embark on a new career as a rapper. Danny and Jeremy worry that they will have to move the practice to new premises when their elderly landlord's son tells them the rent is going to double, so they make cunning attempts to get the decision reversed.
