American Girl: World By Us

Evette, Makena and Maritza, three friends who live in Washington DC, believe that people can build a future when they work together. Eventually, these girls work together to create the kind of world they want to live in.

Kira Bailey joins Evette, Makena, and Maritza to organise their first big event, the river clean-up. During their event, the girls start a viral clean-up dance challenge, learn all about thrift fashion and help save a swimming hole from pollution.

After celebrating Maritza's big soccer win, the girls learn that Maritza's teammate's family might be separated and needs help. Therefore, the team plan a fundraiser to raise money and create awareness about the struggle their friend is facing.

Makena Williams uses fashion to tell the world what's on her mind. So, when the time comes to look for inspiration for her next big art project, Makena looks for a way to express herself by organising the most fabulous fashion show ever.
