After a school shooting, 18-year-old student Maja Norberg is taken into police custody and facing charges.

While Inspector Nilsson questions Maja about her relationship with Sebastian, she remembers a wild party he threw at the beginning of the school year.

Guilt-ridden Maja itches to escape her cell on the day of a funeral. In a flashback, Maja's bond with Samir grows as Sebastian spirals out of control.

Sebastian's behaviour causes Maja to break up with him. As police reconstruct the shooting, memories of that day come rushing back to Maja.
