So-hye films for her latest drama, `Hitman', and she is roped into casting a bad actor for a project. She is left with chilling news after visiting her doctor, and she returns to her childhood home.

So-hye soon realises its time to get off her laptop and enjoy the world around her. One outside of the hundreds she created in her stories. Meanwhile, Sul struggles to maintain her perfect facade.

The harsh realities of cancer begin to set in for So-hye, both physically and emotionally. Meanwhile, Sul continues to deal with her terrible husband and his overbearing family.

Filming officially begins for Hitman after a few bumps, but the drama continues off set. So-hye desperately tries to live in the now, but aspects of her past continue to haunt her.

With cancer weighing on her mind all the time, So-hye surprisingly finds herself in a classic love triangle. She must choose between the kind and considerate Joon-ki, and the annoying but caring Hae-sung.

So-hye is taken aback after a sudden question from Hae-sung. Hae-sung can't seem to shake something off. Meanwhile, Sul discovers a lipstick stain on her husband's shirt while doing laundry.
